The boutique environment offers a more personalized and unique training experience. More time is dedicated to one-on-one attention to optimize the client’s results and help them meet every fitness goal. Training sessions at the African American fitness center are by appointment only, so there is never any overcrowding.
In addition to the free weights and circuit pieces, the Blue Ash gym facility offers high-quality commercial cardio equipment. One can find high-quality equipment such as an elliptical/cross-trainer machine, a recumbent bike and a step machine. The woman-owned training center also has a shower area for any client who needs its use.
Flex Fitness Personal Training Boutique will help clients reach their weight loss and fitness goals. Additionally, the fitness service provides life lessons to help maintain the new weight and stay fit forever. About the Owner
Owner Gina Brunis established Flex Fitness Personal Training Boutique in 2020. After struggling with being overweight and having numerous health issues, Brunis began her fitness journey. After ten successful years of focusing on her journey, Brunis became a certified personal trainer for others. Gina Brunis is a trainer that is truly here to help each client and genuinely cares about their success.
