Fruleef offers a variety of cold-pressed juice cleanses to suit different needs, including options of 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 7 days. Each cleanse includes a selection of fresh juices and vitality shots, carefully crafted to nourish the body and promote overall wellness.

A successful cleanse starts with preparation. To ease the body into the process, aim to nourish with light, whole foods for 2-5 days before starting. Focus on fresh fruits, vegetables, soups, salads, whole grains, and healthy fats. At the same time, gradually reduce your intake of heavy or processed foods, such as fried and fast foods, red meat, sugary snacks, and drinks, as well as alcohol and excessive caffeine. This approach helps the body adapt and sets the stage for a smoother and more effective cleansing experience.

The Story Behind Fruleef Juicery

Fruleef Juicery was founded in 2020, during the global pandemic, a time when many sought new ways to prioritize health. The vision behind the brand was not just about surviving the challenges of COVID-19 but thriving through them. As a passionate advocate for health and wellness, a deep need in the community was recognized: accessible, delicious, and truly healthy food options that didn’t compromise on flavor or quality.

The journey into juicing began long before the pandemic. During travels in Brazil, the vibrant local juice companies and their commitment to health served as inspiration. Upon returning home, it became clear that the community lacked the same healthy, flavorful options. Driven to make a change, Fruleef Juicery was launched with nothing more than a $25 thrift store juicer. What started as a passion project soon grew into a movement—juicing for people with health conditions, sharing creations with friends and family, and word spread quickly.

Before long, Fruleef Juicery was selling hundreds of juices from a home kitchen, meeting customers at the local mall for pickups, and building a loyal following. What started with just one operating day per week quickly grew as the passion behind every bottle became undeniable. Today, the business is expanding into a community-focused chain that embodies diversity, dynamism, and a commitment to wellness.
