Just Q’in is a Black-owned BBQ restaurant founded on biblical principles.  The Texas-style BBQ  joint understands that details translate into consistent quality and excellent service.

Just Q’in’s high-quality meat is cooked fresh daily and smoked slowly using wood. In addition, their sides are freshly made in-house daily.  The mouth-watering brisket is certified Angus beef, and the pork comes from Duroc-bred hogs.

Furthermore, what makes them unique is their made-from-scratch BBQ sauce and flavorful rub. Both are free of preservatives and gluten-free. Just Q’in even makes their own pickled onions and white bread.

About Just Q’in

Black-owned Cincinnati BBQ restaurant Just Qin’s story began with a grill and 17 spices. They began to develop their notoriety by competing in and around Greenville, South Carolina. The owner, Matt Cuffs, then moved back to Cincinnati and turned the team into a catering service. This later evolved into one of the city’s premiere food trucks.

In December 2011, their first restaurant opened in Newtown, and they have never looked back. Just Q’in is driven by faith, powered by love, and called to BBQ.

Catering

Cincinnati’s Just Q’in BBQ provides top-notch catering services for groups sized 4 to over 50.  Offering a large selection of delectable foods that are ideal for any event. Just Q’in BBQ’s catering menu will satiate all guests’ needs, from Texas-style BBQ to unique sides and desserts.

RENEW Employment Services

Just Q’in offers a nonprofit social enterprise, RENEW, that provides resources to put people in a position for advancement. Training and resources include job readiness training, financial education, budgeting, and tax preparation classes. Just Q’in has established housing, transportation, and rent assistance resources partnerships.
