Kiwavi HQ is a Black-owned, multilevel, multipurpose meeting space dedicated to giving People of Color a place to get creative work done and hang out. Located in Cincinnati’s Over-the-Rhine district, Kiwavi HQ serves as a “third place,” offering more than co-working or event space by fostering growth and connection in a welcoming environment.

Services and Programs

Kiwavi Exchange

Kiwavi Exchange supports small businesses owned by People of Color by offering prime storefront space and an on-site apprenticeship program with resources and guidance from experienced coaches. The program encourages the sharing of best practices and the development of community partnerships in a collaborative environment.

Kiwavi Grow

Kiwavi Grow focuses on personal growth and self-discovery through three-day seminars and professional development experiences. The tailored coaching and mentoring advances participants in both personal and professional capacities. Sponsoring organizations benefit from a more engaged, capable, and diverse workforce, improving overall performance.

Kiwavi Ohana

Kiwavi Ohana creates a sense of community for employees of color through engaging activities such as trivia nights, karaoke, and art classes. These events help participants build diverse, secure networks by connecting over shared interests outside of work.

About Kiwavi HQ

Kiwavi is designed to unite People of Color around shared interests rather than demographics. The program connects colleagues as fellow musicians, food enthusiasts, and art lovers. People of Color create value through event space, storefront shopping, and custom programming, fostering profit-focused cooperation. Kiwavi moves beyond workplace diversity, leveraging the power of diversity in action.
