LifeSource Christian Life & Mental Health Coaching treats mild to moderate mental health issues through one-on-one therapy.
Patients in therapy can find guidance and direction from coaches to reach emotional and spiritual goals while addressing issues such as stress, anxiety, loneliness, low motivation, depression, and addiction.
The biblically supported life coaches practice industry-standard techniques while adding personal experiences to achieve and exceed expectations.
LifeSource uses evidence-based techniques and frameworks like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (C.B.T.) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (A.C.T.) while conducting consultations with Board Certified Doctors of Psychiatry and Psychology and mental health associations.
Mental Health Coaching is a relatively new development within life coaching. These professionals can dig deep into a client’s transformative inner workings while respecting the coaching core competencies and principles of psychology and psychiatry.
Mental Health Coaches are very knowledgeable about peer support and recovery resources, can help individuals process insights, and offer more one-on-one time than a traditional therapist.
