Owned by Shawntee Stallworth-Schramm, Muse Cafe is a cornerstone of the Westwood arts and entertainment district, providing a forum for conversation, ideas, art, and good cheer.

All products used are organic and fair trade-certified, and the packaging is biodegradable, which makes the commitment to global responsibility evident.
About the Owner
Shawntee Stallworth-Schramm, a 2020 Enquirer Woman of the Year, has a long history in the Westwood neighborhood. Before the opening of Muse, Shawntee worked as a freelance graphic designer while also being employed at various restaurants, a catering company, and a tending bar. With a background in operating a coffee shop and bar, Schramm recognized the potential for both in Westwood.
Muse also has a monthly wine club where customers can sample, taste, and enjoy different wines. Events such as jazz Tuesdays and other performing arts are hosted often. Check out the Website and Facebook page to see when events are being hosted.
