• A customized food plan developed by a certified nutritionist.
• A personalized activity plan developed by an exercise physiologist.
• Recommended behavior modifications to achieve and sustain a healthy weight and body.

Candidates for Medical Weight Loss Programs 

Chauncy Eakins, MD, and RestoreMD offer three medical weight loss programs tailored to the patient’s needs and goals:  

• Peptide Weight loss 
• GLP-1 weight loss program 
• Adipex or Qsymia weight loss program 

Eligibility criteria for a medical weight loss program with an FDA-approved GLP-1 are as follows:  

• A body mass index (BMI) of 30 and above or 28 and above with one or more comorbidities.

• Have more than 20 pounds to lose. 
• Ready to make permanent changes. 

Most Common Side Effects of Medical Weight Loss Prescriptions

About Chauncy Eakins, MD  

Chauncy Eakins, MD, received a medical degree from Ross University (NJ) in 2008 and completed a residency at Kingsbrook Jewish Medical Center (NY) in 2014. Dr. Eakins completed a fellowship at Michigan Sports and Spine in 2015. Trained in weight loss management, more than 90 percent of Dr. Eakins’s patients reach the targeted weight loss goal. As an expert in physical medicine, patients will be satisfied, and all concerns will be addressed when visiting the clinic. 

Obesity is complex. People become overweight for many reasons, including metabolic conditions, binge eating, a sedentary lifestyle, depression, and orthopedic or joint pain.
