BCI/FBI Livescan Background Checks

Listed with the Ohio Attorney General, Sam B. Fingerprints assists individuals with choosing the proper state and national background check code(s) and ensuring clear fingerprint transmission through the updated WebCheck system.

Reuired Identification for Background Checks:

• Identification (ID, Passport, Green Card)
• Payment (Cash, Credit, all mobile payment apps)
• The mailing address of the Recipient
• BCI/FBI Code(s)

Ink Fingerprinting

Fingerprint cards are used for individuals living out of state, naturalization, employment, and firearm adjustments. Different forms like FD-258, SF-87, BIM 12/98, and FD-1164 are available.

Commissioned in Ohio, the Sam B. Fingerprints team stamps personal and business documents.

CPR/AED/First Aid Training

Clients will learn how to save lives through interactice training and become certified through the American Heart Association.
