Triversity Craft Force is the skilled labor division of Triversity Construction. This division includes trade work in demolition, carpentry, insulation, drywall, acoustic ceilings, doors/hardware, and millwork installation. TCF also performs general requirements work to support safety and other typically required carpentry/labor needs during construction.

Triversity Construction was founded in 2005. The “Tri” in the company name acknowledges the three owners at the time, while the “versity” signals that diversity was an inciting idea behind forming the company. The company has come a long way since those humble yet inspiring beginnings. Ownership and management changed in 2009, and since then, the company has continued to build a strong business foundation to support growth aspirations. Triversity Construction has earned a position in the marketplace and a place to provide unique value.
Triversity Construction has evolved into one of the largest construction firms in the Cincinnati region and a leading corporate citizen. Continuous investment in talent, capacity, and capabilities enables the company to deliver for large, complex clients. The self-performance division TCF was added in 2014, and a new headquarters was established in 2022.
The new home, affectionately called Curtis Street, enables the company to meet clients’ changing needs for supply chain logistics and prefabrication. The new facilities also provide ideal space for the internal craft training program, which aims to broaden access to the construction industry and continue growing the skills of craft professionals.
