About the owner:
Dee–Licious Pound Cakes owner, Stephanie Rousseau has over 40+ years of baking experience. She began baking many years ago assisting her grandmother, Mrs. Scottie Dee Carter Green, baking and cooking holiday dinners. She genuinely enjoyed the time spent in the kitchen talking with her grandmother about everything while they cooked and baked.
Stephanie’s cakes were requested by many friends, relatives, and church members. For many years she was encouraged to sell her cakes. In December 2019, her prayers were answered to move forward with the online bakery. Stephanie posted on Facebook: With guidance from God, I am stepping out on faith with the opening of Dee –Licious Pound Cakes. The business is named in honor and memory of her grandmother.
