About Little Brothers – Friends of the Elderly (LBFE)

For decades, Little Brothers – Friends of the Elderly (LBFE) has been dedicated to one simple, powerful idea: no older adult should have to age alone. Founded after World War II and grounded in the belief that human connection is essential to well-being, LBFE brings people together through friendship, celebration, and consistent companionship—creating a community where elders feel seen, valued, and supported.

As part of the LBFE team, you’ll join a mission-driven organization where your work directly improves lives every day. You’ll collaborate with caring volunteers, staff, and community partners to build meaningful relationships, coordinate engaging programs, and ensure older adults remain connected to resources and social opportunities. This is a chance to grow your skills in nonprofit program coordination and elder services—while doing work that truly matters.
