Job Description

Stephen T. Badin High School seeks a full-time Intervention Specialist to join our Academic Support team and collaborative faculty in the 2024-2025 school year.

Applicants must have an Ohio Special Education Teaching Certificate/License.

We seek a candidate willing to go above and beyond to support students in achieving academic goals. Candidates must also support Badin’s overall mission to inspire young men and women to achieve their personal best, live their faith, and lead the future.

Job Responsibilities

Cooperating with the Public-School Districts to aid in the production of the students’
Evaluation Team Report and Individualized Education Program Processes.
Designing and implementing lesson plans.
Working cooperatively with classroom teachers.
Assisting in classroom intervention strategies, modifying general education curriculum as necessary, and helping the student with regular class assignments.
Working cooperatively with parents and maintaining regular communication.

Compensation & Benefits

The salary range is based on first-year teachers with a four-year degree. Individuals with greater experience and higher educational qualifications could potentially receive higher compensation.
