This role develops and owns the results-driven, multi-platform execution of the marketing and communications strategies for the organization with a close tie into adjacent departments. This role is the brand champion and storyteller, collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Operations, HR, Business Development, and leadership, to produce effective marketing materials and communications.

They are the brand steward and support all branding and PR efforts. This role owns and executes the internal communications, including media strategies, and supports business development efforts with the extended team.

This role is an independent contributor with a significant impact.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, design, communications, or a related field and a minimum of 5 years of commensurate experience.
Well-developed and professional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work with and for multiple people on multiple projects (including gathering information/data from various sources).
- Proven work experience as a Marketing Communications Assistant Manager and Coordinator.
- Familiarity with B2B and B2C marketing campaigns.
Highly competent in Microsoft Office Suite and applicable design software (Adobe Creative Suite is a requirement).
- Hands-on experience with web content management tools, like WordPress or Webflow.
- Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and social media management software, i.e., Hootsuite.
- Experience with marketing campaigns on social media.
- Understands and utilizes the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in graphic design and web design.
