Prevention Services Program Manager

Job Description

We’re seeking an experienced prevention services program manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a sharp business mind and a proven ability to strategize and implement high-level program initiatives.

This person should have strong project coordination and delegation talent as a natural leader. Ultimately, the program manager should be motivated by a desire to optimize productivity and nurture program success from inception to completion.

Job Responsibilities

Strategize, implement and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives.
Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement.
Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance.
Collaborate with community-based organizations to serve underserved populations and offer CMWC evidence-based recreational music-making programs.
Manage budget.
Work closely with the CEO, prevention coordinator, and scheduler to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives.
Manage the program and work with the project team for optimal return on investment.
Develop and manage project budget and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives.
Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks and produce reports for CMWC management and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
Five years of management or administrative experience with a successful record of accomplishment in organizational and program management.
Demonstrated interpersonal and practical communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to work with and incorporate the perspectives and input of diverse people, backgrounds, and skills.
Experience in public relations, outreach, and resource development.
