Prevention Services Program Manager

Job Description

We’re seeking an experienced prevention services program manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a sharp business mind and a proven ability to strategize and implement high-level program initiatives.

This person should have strong project coordination and delegation talent as a natural leader. Ultimately, the program manager should be motivated by a desire to optimize productivity and nurture program success from inception to completion.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Strategize, implement and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives.
  • Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement.
  • Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance.
  • Collaborate with community-based organizations to serve underserved populations and offer CMWC evidence-based recreational music-making programs.
  • Manage budget.
  • Work closely with the CEO, prevention coordinator, and scheduler to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives.
  • Manage the program and work with the project team for optimal return on investment.
  • Develop and manage project budget and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives.
  • Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks and produce reports for CMWC management and stakeholders.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Five years of management or administrative experience with a successful record of accomplishment in organizational and program management.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and practical communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with and incorporate the perspectives and input of diverse people, backgrounds, and skills.
  • Experience in public relations, outreach, and resource development.
