Job Description

Cincinnati Music & Wellness Coalition (CMWC) promotes a culture of wellness in diverse populations through evidence-based recreational music-making, education, and arts engagement. We’re currently searching for a Scheduler for our prevention services program.

The Prevention Scheduler is responsible for working with community-based and faith-based organizations and CMWC HealthRHYTHMS-trained facilitators. Programs will be scheduled every week for children and families in Hamilton County for underserved populations. The Prevention Scheduler will work closely with the Program Manager – Prevention Services and Prevention Coordinator.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the prevention program manager to gather basic information about community-based organizations and faith-based organizations CMWC will collaborate with to bring HealthRHYTTHMS to children and families in underserved populations.
  • Work with identified community-based organizations and faith-based organizations to determine schedules for weekly programming.
  • Work with the prevention coordinator to connect with HealthRHYTHMS-trained facilitators to confirm program schedules per location.
  • Confirm schedules with HealthRHYTHMS-trained facilitators, community-based organizations, and faith-based organizations.
  • Create internal spreadsheets in Excel to show monthly programming by location.
  • Provide information monthly to the prevention coordinator to prepare monthly invoicing.
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts as they occur.

 

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Computer and Windows software application proficient. Keyboarding/typing/mouse proficient.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills.
  • Clerical or administrative experience is a plus.

 

Compensation & Benefits

  • Hours: Twenty (20) per week
  • Salary range: $16,000-$18,000 with FICA taxes and Worker’s Compensation paid.
  • Hybrid work schedule.
  • Reports to: Chief Executive Officer
