Project Accountant

Job Description

Triversity Construction is looking for a Project Accountant. Our project accountants collaborate with project managers and executives to develop and maintain accounting functions for multiple projects and customers simultaneously.

Job Responsibilities

Collaborate with project managers to manage project budgets, including reporting variances, and prepare a compilation of billing for project owners/representatives.
Coordinate the processing of owner billings and applications based on contractual guidelines.
Responsible for ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of monthly reviews/analyses of submitted reports from other team members.

Qualifications

A degree in accounting or a related field.
1 – 3 years of experience preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, meet critical deadlines, and maintain accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with a focus on teamwork and client service.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (including Excel) and adaptability to industry-related accounting software.
