Cincinnati STEM Scholarships are all around. You just have to know where to look.
High school and undergraduates should look for Cincinnati STEM Scholarships just around the corner at Northern Kentucky University (NKU). NKU offers students majoring in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) disciplines the opportunity to apply for additional STEM scholarships. The majors that are eligible for these scholarships are Biological Sciences, Chemistry, Computer Science, Data Science, Environmental Science, Geology, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Pre-Engineering or Engineering Technology.

NKU students who meet the minimum criteria of an ACT composite score of 25 or higher and ranked in the top 25% of their high school class may apply for the William H. Greaves and CINSAM Scholarship online. The deadline for these scholarships is February 15, 2018.
Here is how to apply for STEM Scholarships:
- Complete the online NKU Application.
- Fill out the online Scholarship Application Form.
- Complete the application by February 15, 2018.
Many STEM classes are offered in the new NKU College of Informatics. These programs offer a 21st century perspective on the disciplines that have information at their core including the departments of Communication, Computer Science and Business Informatics.
NKU also provides scholarships to new freshmen and transfer students, as well as current NKU students. In case you have not visited NKU lately, the university offers a comfortable, safe, energetic learning environment – a place that will get the most out of you and mold you into a person who will shape the future.
Today, the university serves more than 15,000 students and has spent nearly $150 million in renovations and upgrades since 2008. Additionally, the university now competes on the NCAA Division I level, and is a member of the Horizon League. What is more, the university has a growing African American student population.

The African American Programs & Services (AAP&S) facilitates a support system which advocates academic excellence, celebrates African/African American culture, and engages students with faculty, staff, and alumni. AAP&S provides opportunities that help students develop academically and socially by offering programs and services in self and cultural identity, leadership, career exploration, and community building
