Child must be 3 years old by September the 30th
Child must live within the Cincinnati Public School District boundary
Households eligible for Publicly Funded Child Care Vouchers must apply at Hamilton County Jobs and Family Services before applying for Cincinnati Preschool Promise. Families may be eligible to have their co-payment paid by Cincinnati Preschool Promise for the nine months of the Cincinnati Public School year.
