Eliza Jane’s Bakeshop is a Black, woman-owned bakery specializing in over-the-top desserts. Operating in the Findlay Market District and owned by Jillian Adams, the bakery creates an extensive array of layered brownies, stuffed cookies, seasonal offerings, and mini cakes for daily sales. The bakery also owns a dessert food truck that participates in food events throughout Greater Cincinnati and is also available to book for private events.

The Origins of the Bakery

Named after and established in honor of the owner’s maternal great-grandmother, Eliza Jane’s Bakeshop has been in business since 2020. The bakery’s primary purpose is to become a neighborhood establishment where family and friends can gather to celebrate milestones and everyday victories.

The original Eliza Jane created a comfortable environment where family and friends could celebrate extraordinary and ordinary days. The business continues to live off this concept, providing all customers and the community with high-quality sweets from excellent ingredients. All are welcome to grace the establishment.

Eliza Jane’s Bakeshop offers a variety of classic and fun flavors, all of which can be ordered via the website or in person.
