IMEC Magazine

IMEC Fitness and Training Complex

IMEC Magazine aids young athletes in securing college scholarships with a professionally developed print and digital platform featuring just a few hundred standout male and female performers across all sports, giving each one the maximum visibility deserved.

While most recruiting services simply flood college coaches with thousands of athlete profiles, IMEC Magazine offers targeted exposure featuring 400 high school athletes from Greater Cincinnati in football, basketball, baseball, volleyball, track, and soccer.

Each student athlete is highlighted in a full-size, glossy color magazine mailed to over 400 athletic directors, coaches, and recruiting personnel at Division I and II, HBCU, and JUCO schools via the U.S. Postal Service in August 2025. Profiles are also included on the website and mobile app for online searchability and periodic updates.

Professionally developed profiles grouped by sport and gender will include the following attributes for each athlete:

  • Athletic strengths and achievements, academic goals, community contributions, and leadership qualities
  • Multiple high-resolution photos of athletic feats
  • Contact information, social media profiles, and mailing addresses for immediate communication

Located in Lockland, Ohio, IMEC Fitness and Training Complex is a 12,000-square-foot state-of-the-art workout facility with 25 yards of field turf, a 40-yard indoor track, cardio and strength training equipment, a sauna, and a massage room.

Unlike most gyms and fitness centers, IMEC Fitness and Training Complex specializes in functional training, which uses body weight to create tension and resistance to build joints and muscles naturally. Workouts for adults, youth, and young athletes include running, cycling, boxing, lifting, jumping, stretching, weight training, resistance training, and strength building.

IMEC Fitness and Training Complex Adult Programs

In addition to helping adults sustain an optimal weight, IMEC Fitness and Training Complex assists clients with chronic illnesses such as asthma, lupus, heart disease, diabetes, obesity, and hypertension in improving their body composition and living a healthy lifestyle by exercising regularly, eating wisely, and minimizing dependence on medication.

Adult exercise programs include a fitness assessment and one-on-one and small-group interval sessions. Experienced fitness professionals motivate people looking to lose weight and increase their physical activity in a way that other exercise programs do not.

IMEC Fitness and Training Complex customizes workout schedules, personal training, meal plans, and coaching sessions for each adult client to obtain better health. Certified personal trainers lead adult workout routines, including warm-ups, lifting weights, aerobic exercises, interval training, and high-intensity total-body movements. Most adults who adhere to their recommended fitness program improve their cardiovascular and metabolic health and reduce body fat.
