Urban League Young Professionals
Urban League Young Professionals of Greater Southwestern Ohio is a network of urban young professionals ages 21-40 that functions as an auxiliary group of the Urban League of Greater Southwestern Ohio and a chapter of the National Urban League Young Professionals.
The Mission
Urban League of Greater Southwestern Ohio is committed to driving equity and financial empowerment for African Americans through advocacy, education, and development.
The League’s Mission is to help Black people and historically underserved communities achieve their highest true social parity, economic self-reliance, power, civil rights, and justice.
The mission of the Urban League of Young Professionals of Greater Southwestern Ohio is to serve as a base of support for the Urban League of Greater Southwestern Ohio and their respective initiatives, promote the overall mission of the organization, and provide a comprehensive orientation to the National Urban League movement for young professionals in the Cincinnati community.
Holloman Center for Social Justice
The Center for Social Justice was established in 2020 to advance racial equity in our region. They collaborate with communities and policymakers to advocate for police reforms, voting rights, and education and health equity. The Center engages in data collection and reporting, community education, and organizing to advance racial equity in our region.
The Voice of Black Cincinnati is a media company designed to educate, recognize, and create opportunities for African Americans.
