Location provided upon registration
Free
Sign up for free discussions and workshops with Bodies in Flux from March 16 to 30 to engage in intentional dialogue.
In 2022, Asha created The Game of Life. This fabric vagina sculpture encourages essential conversations about body autonomy, pregnancy, and the future of reproductive justice through the exploration of ephemeral objects located inside large pink Easter eggs.
This project transforms The Game of Life into a platform for intentional dialogue.
What to Expect
Through six workshops in March 2024, participants will discuss the emotions and potential implications evoked by the object(s) found inside the eggs. A creative writing session will follow each discussion session.
Select writings will inspire response art in the form of new fabric vagina sculptures, incorporating participant quotes directly into these works.
