Local Business and Community Impact Celebration

On April 23, attend the Local Business and Community Impact Celebration at Avondale Town Center with Mayor Pureval and The Community Builders.

Join Cincinnati Mayor Aftab Pureval, The Community Builders, and the many project partners on April 23 at 11 a.m. at Avondale Town Center, located at the northwest corner of Reading Road and Forest Avenue, in celebrating the culmination of a transformative $46 million residential and commercial construction project that has revitalized the historic Avondale neighborhood.

Mayor Aftab Pureval, Vice Mayor Jan-Michele Lemon Kearney, Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, The Community Builders, and community members will discuss the economic, workforce, and quality of life impact the project has had in Avondale and provide an update on the businesses scheduled to open in 2024.

The celebration will allow attendees to tour the facilities, meet with the project’s leaders and community members, and witness first-hand the impact of this significant community investment. Guests will also enjoy tastings from town center eateries, receive vouchers to shop at the town center businesses (while supplies last), and are invited to tour the diverse range of companies and retailers within the development.
