About Najee
With two platinum and four gold albums, Najee is one of the pioneers of Contemporary Jazz, blending jazz improvisation with R&B to create his signature sound.
A native of Jamaica, Queens, New York, Najee studied under jazz greats Jimmy Heath, Frank Foster, Billy Taylor, and Harold Jones before launching a career that began with his Grammy-nominated, platinum-selling debut album, Najee’s Theme. He followed with acclaimed releases including Day By Day, Tokyo Blue, Just An Illusion, and Morning Tenderness, which reached No. 1 on the jazz charts.
Over the years, Najee has collaborated with artists including Chaka Khan, Roy Ayers, Quincy Jones, Patti LaBelle, Lionel Richie, Stevie Wonder, and Prince. A Grammy-recognized and Soul Train Award-winning artist, he has performed worldwide, including appearances for Nelson Mandela in South Africa and at the White House, and remains one of contemporary jazz’s most celebrated saxophonists.

Bag Policy
All guests are subject to a bag inspection. Small clutch bags are allowed if they are no larger than 6 inches x 9 inches and do not need to be transparent. Clear bags are permitted if they are no larger than 12 inches x 12 inches x 6 inches in size.
