Attend the Trade Ambitions Career Fair at Woodward High School on April 13.
The Trade Ambitions Career Fair is a free youth awareness event sponsored by the Cincinnati Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Interested teen males can register to learn about careers in construction and as a first responder. The career fair occurs on Saturday, April 13, from 1 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. at Woodward High School.
Career Opportunities
Career fair attendees in grades 7 through 12 will have the opportunity to learn about careers in:
- Electrical
- Mechanical
- HVAC
- Fire
- Police
Registration to the Trade Ambitions Career Fair
Teen males ages 13 through 17 can register for the Trade Ambitions Career Fair at no cost.
About EMBODI
EMBODI (Empowering Males to Build Opportunities for Developing Independence) is a national program sponsored by Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. The program aims to focus on improving the plight of African American males.
EMBODI is designed for boys between the ages of 13 and 18. Through EMBODI, the participants are exposed to various academic, cultural, and personal development activities.
About the Cincinnati Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. is a non-profit organization that aims to provide assistance and support through established programs in local communities worldwide. A sisterhood of more than 200,000 predominately Black college-educated women, the Sorority currently has over 900 chapters. The Cincinnati Alumnae Chapter continuously serves the Greater Cincinnati community through enriching and award-winning programs and events.
