“Hats Off to Jessie” offers a special tribute to renowned local socialite and philanthropist Jessie Shropshire. The presentation celebrates local style and heritage through elegant statement hats and couture accessories.
Distinguished local First Ladies will model featured hats during the special runway presentation.
