Bond Hill is the New Home of Hamilton County Job and Family Services
Hamilton County Job and Family Services is relocating from its Over-the-Rhine location to a modern building in Bond Hill along the Norwood Lateral, just off Reading Road. The new location opens on Monday, February 9, 2026.
The address is: 1701 Patricia McCollum, Cincinnati, Ohio 45237 (Formerly 1701 Mercy Health Place)
JFS will be the first tenant of the new Hamilton County Central Campus. The location was formerly Mercy Health Place. Before that, it was the site of Showcase Cinemas.

Why is JFS moving?
Hamilton County purchased the former Mercy Health HQ in Bond Hill to consolidate operations and save money. The move is expected to save taxpayers hundreds of thousands annually by reducing maintenance costs on older buildings. The county is selling several older, inefficient, or smaller, higher-maintenance buildings to offset costs.
The 368,477-square-foot building in Bond Hill will house approximately 1,400 employees, including the Department of Job and Family Services. The facility offers better access, ample parking, and a modernized work environment for staff.
Will services still be available Downtown?
Although JFS will have moved to Bond Hill on February 9, they will be at the Downtown Library on February 9 through 13 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

- SNAP, MEDICAID, OWF, and Child Care applications and renewals
- Completing electronic and paper applications
- Providing case-specific information for SNAP, MEDICAID, OWF, and Child Care
- Providing information regarding all agency services
