I don’t know if it’s Black owned, but the chef at The Apertur in Walnut Hills on McMillan is African American and he is unbelievably good. While the clientele so far seems to be mostly Euro American and the prices not cheap, for a really special atmosphere and food really a class above anything I have tasted before, patronize your especially talented African American chef! Since this restaurant is in an African American neighborhood and everyone deserves the best, I hope the clientele can soon be mostly African American.
