Cincinnati Back-to-School Giveaways will help your kids be prepared for the first day.


Cincinnati back-to-school giveaways all over the Greater Cincinnati Area can provide free school supplies to your family. Most kids’ first day of the school calendar is less than a month away. While students are still scrambling to finish their summer reading, parents are looking for inexpensive school supplies that will last throughout the school year.

Back-to-school shopping can be stressful and expensive. To keep your bank account balanced and stay within your budget, here is a list of organizations that have Cincinnati back-to-school giveaways. Grab your child’s school supplies list and use these organizations.

Stop by to receive free backpacks, erasers, crayons, highlighters, loose-leaf paper, glue sticks, scissors, pencils, notebooks, binders, index cards, and more! Send your child ready for the first day of school, whether preschool, elementary, middle, or high school.

Giveaways for Free Back to School Supplies

School Supply Giveaway at MEAC
Madisonville Education and Assistance Center
4600 Erie Avenue, Cincinnati 45227 (Madisonville)
August 8th
4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Drive through or walk up to MEAC to pick up back-to-school supplies for school-aged scholars. Parents/legal guardians must be present, and children must be listed in the household in VESTA.


Amazing Back to School Bash
City on a Hill
5190 Glencrossing Way, Cincinnati 45238 (Covedale)
August 13th
2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Backpack, school supplies, free food, rides, and gift card giveaways.


Olivet Food Pantry Back to School Bash
Olivet Baptist Church – Food Distribution Center
6838 Montgomery Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45236 (Kennedy Heights)
Aug 13th
Noon to 3 p.m.
Students in grades Pre-K-12 will receive backpacks and school supplies. Parents must be accompanied by their children.



Northside Back-to-School Community Event
Chase Elementary School
4151 Turrill St, Cincinnati, OH 45223 (Northside)
August 13th
1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
A free event to provide elementary students with free school supplies, haircuts and hair braiding, literacy kits, dental hygiene kits and more. First come first serve basis and all parents must accompany their children.

Families can pick up the backpacks on this date only. Delivery is not available.

Backpacks, school supplies, and a book giveaway for school-aged children.
